The making of The Plexiglass Fountain album. Part 2

Salut. Aight at this point, we are 5 solid joints into the album. It's been crazy to see the concepts start to flesh out into actual songs. I've been in crazy writing mode. This album has my best delivery and writing by far.

The good thing about being in a group is seeing the point of view of another cat on a topic. We got this joint called "what i'm after is....." where we break down a part of life crazy. Fam went in hard on that one. On this other track tentatively called "Rational Geographic" Cyclops went APESHIT. He blacked out on the beat in a wild way. I was hype as fuck when i got the vocals from him.

I woke up today and laid down some vocals for the intro song. I'm bout to go in and fix up one of the songs for cyclops to spazz out over. More updates coming soon.

On a side note. Cyclops just finished up an album with dude. Half Centric ( shit is sounding crazy from what i heard ) check it out on his myspace page. My dude Rasheed Chapppell just sent me the first track off our collaboration EP. The track is called "connect Thought" and it is a MONSTER!!!!!!

Peace and love to Rae, Ghost, the wu, all the producers and all involved in making this album. This shit is the album of the fucking decade people. Listening to this joint i lauged, cried and almost threw a chair through a glass door ( when Ghost said "Newports are $7.50" on "Cold outside i had a very strong adrenaline rush ha ha )

The Plexiglass Fountain is Tokyo Cigar a.k.a Akira Parker and Cyclops a.k.a. Caliber X

It's official we started the album on september 18th 2009 ( well we actually started when we recorded "Marsha Brady" but you know how it goes ) We spoke for a minute about the concepts for the album. I've done all the beats already and Cyclops is feeling everything.

I think this joint will be one of my production benchmarks. It felt great to hear Cyclops say that cats have never heard production like that before. I promise your favorite producer will hate me when they hear the album LOL Seriously though i cant wait to hit heads with this joint. I really hope y'all feel it. I'm gonna cook something special up for the cover and i'm actually gonna promote this joint. You know me. I just make music and put it out for y'all cause i'm addicted to making music ( i hope there's some kind of medication for that cause sometimes it gets crazy ) but with this i'm really gonna make an effort to give you something special.

Cyclops is my dude and i love his style. His visuals are crazy insane and i myself am waiting to hear what he's gonna bring to the table with this. We have another track just about done and i can see him stepping his game up crazy already. Cats have no idea what we about to hit em with.

Cave Kingz

Yo me and my man GC just laced the Cave Kingz EP ( i dont know where i get all these dope names from, It's a gift ) The EP is called "before there was fire...." GC on the beats ( whut up homie )and Me on the mic. GC been my mans for YEARS. We actually have done mad basement tapes back in the days and all that ( blunts, music and take out from the chinise food spot on his old block in Silver Spring GOOD TIMES!!!!! )Heads got some crazy response to it. Kevin wants to put out the album on Hipnott ( YAYYY!!! ) Shit is some GRIMY ill hip hop. I gotta admit that my rhyme skills have boosted like a mutha. I rhyme better than ever now and the Cave Kingz EP is a great indicator of my style now. I'm bout to get back into doing shows. Suckas be acting like i was'nt rhyming every week at Tru skool or something. Shout out Enoch, i just bumped into him and Watuzi a few weeks ago in DC. I aint retire, i just took a sabatical. Production is still my life but i gotta knock out this rap shit too. ( i got A LOT of shit to say )

Yo just laced some new ill shit with my man cyclops from Jersey. I produced his single "I dont know how" ( dude did a video for it too if you act right i'll let you see it )

Whut up. Just wanted to drop in and update cats on the dealings and proceedings. Been busy as fuck. Helping my moms set up her new business, working on the Ivy league EP, sending beats to Mercy, working on my Akira Parker project and been blessing mad verses for cats. Been writing like hell. I swear if all this work dont pay off I'm spazzing on EVERYTHING AND EVERYBODY.

Wu tang been dropping some raw new shit lately ( "Evil deeds" is another testament as to why Ghostface will never be matched when it comes to delivery ) That's a great look.
